Nature’s Own Water Care Products is a registered trademark of, and is used under the authority of, North American Salt Company, which respects your on-line privacy, and has created this Privacy Statement in order to let you know of our commitment to safeguarding your personal information and protecting its confidentiality.

  1. Information We Collect and How We Use It.
    1. Information You Provide.  When you enter information on our Website, for example to receive a Hard Water Care Test Kit, we ask you for personal information.  The types of personal information collected are: name, mailing address, and email address.
    2. Your Communications.  When you send email or other communications to Nature’s Own, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
    3. Information from Third Parties.  When you submit a rebate, it is sent to a fulfillment agency with whom we contract.  The information we collect from the fulfillment agency includes name, address, email address and telephone number.  This information is supplied to us by the fulfillment agency.
    4. Server Information.  When you access this Website, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a Website.  These server logs may include information such as your web request, IP address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and any cookies that might uniquely identify your browser.
    5. Cookie technology. This Website may employ "cookie" technology to help visitors move faster through the site. When you enter our site, a cookie is directed to your computer. A cookie is a string of information that's sent by a Website and stored on the hard drive or temporarily in your computer's memory. This leads to quicker navigation and a generally more positive experience searching for the information you desire.

      We use return email addresses to answer email we receive.  We also use return email addresses to send you marketing or promotional emails, but you may opt out of receiving these by following the link in paragraph 2, below.  Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
